DARLING DUPES · INFORMATION FOR YOU

Cookie notice

The cookies and similar technologies Darling Dupes uses and why.

Operator details still needed before member sign-up opens: replace the legal operator name and monitored privacy/contact email below. Add an EU representative only if required for the way the business operates.

What we use

At launch, Darling Dupes does not set analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. When you sign in, the site sets one strictly necessary first-party cookie named dd_member_session. It contains a random session token, not your email address. The server stores only a cryptographic hash of that token. The cookie is HttpOnly, Secure over HTTPS, SameSite=Lax, and expires after 30 days or sooner if you sign out or delete your account. It is needed to keep you signed in and load your saved finds.

Consent

Because this cookie is used only to provide the account feature you request, we treat it as strictly necessary and do not use it for analytics or advertising. We provide this notice so you can understand it. If we add any non-essential cookies or similar device storage in future, we will explain their purpose and ask for your consent before they are used, with a way to change or withdraw that choice.

Retailer and affiliate sites

If you follow a retailer or affiliate link, that site may set its own cookies or use similar technologies. Those are controlled by the retailer or affiliate network, not Darling Dupes. See their cookie and privacy notices before continuing if you want more detail.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking the member session cookie means you cannot stay signed in or use saved finds. Other parts of the public site remain available.
